Environment

Currently, our entire factory is covered with solar panels, which not only saves energy but also reduces carbon emissions. We have also implemented many other measures.

  • Maximize the use of natural lighting, ventilation, and greenery in the design to improve energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality.
  • Prioritize the purchase of energy-efficient electrical appliances and gradually phase out high-energy-consuming lighting fixtures, replacing them with energy-saving ones
  • Suppliers with sustainable and energy-saving characteristics will be given priority in procurement
  • Lighting in public areas such as stairwells, corridors, and restrooms should be equipped with energy-efficient automatic control devices such as time-delay switches or sensor switches, depending on the situation, to prevent lights from being left on unnecessarily

Reliability

For sustainable development, we implement strict internal risk management. Major safety or environmental incidents that could lead to financial losses, damage to reputation, or administrative penalties would negatively impact both us and our clients. We have rigorous performance evaluation mechanisms, tiered risk management in production, and proactive environmental training and preventative measures for emergencies. Business ethics are also a core part of our reliability. We reject employee corruption, protect client privacy, and safeguard employees’ basic human rights. We treat every employee with equality and inclusiveness, prioritizing recruitment from impoverished families and ethnic minorities. Finally, regarding the management of second-tier suppliers, we require them to maintain the confidentiality of our client information. We conduct annual evaluations of our suppliers, assessing aspects such as delivery time and quality, environmental performance, and after-sales service. We provide support to key suppliers and incentivize continuous improvement to achieve long-term sustainable cooperation.

In the wave of sustainable development, digital power is reshaping the business landscape.

Digital transformation is an essential path for reliable business partners, improving efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing competitiveness. Utilizing digital technologies can optimize production processes, accurately grasp market dynamics, innovate business models, and achieve sustainable development goals. Embracing digitalization is crucial to standing out in future competition.
From 2025 to the present, the digital system has 100% covered all aspects of Jason, from order management to production, from warehouse incoming materials and outgoing shipments, all are digitally managed. OA, MES, ERP, WMS, and other systems have been deployed and are continuously being improved and have new functions added.
This year, 28 system optimization needs have been resolved, and employee satisfaction has increased from 78% to 94%. I believe that digital transformation is an essential reform that can bring employees a sense of accomplishment and happiness.
